Born and raised in Charleston, SC, I discovered my love for art at a very young age. I attended Clemson University and earned my Bachelors Fine Art with an emphasis on painting. I now live and work as a full time artist in Charleston, South Carolina. Growing up in Charleston I am constantly inspired by the beauty of the low-country.
I am fascinated by every aspect of the low country the waters, the sky, the animals and many other segments of the outdoors. My subjects are chosen to describe the way I see the low-country. I use unique color combinations and loose movement to balance realism and abstraction.
